Buttercream Daisies Floral Cake | Mini Tutorial

When I say I love flowers, I must add 'I love Wild flowers' the most.

It makes me sad that we don't value our wildflowers as much. Is it because it pops up quickly without us planning for it? Is it because it grows without rules or patterns? Or is it the sheer fact that we cannot control it?

It sure can't be anything related to beauty - because daisies are one of the daintiest, prettiest flowers I know.

Here is my love for the best Spring blooms of all time - Buttercream Daisies are the easiest to pipe, and it rests so elegantly on a green buttercream cake.

What we need;

  • A green covered Buttercream Cake
  • Wilton 81 nozzle for Daisies
  • Yellow/Green buttercream in a piping bag with hole cut at the end
  • Wilton 352 for leaves
